This year we are excited to have Misty Cedrun speak on “Loving Your Neighbor“.

Misty retired from the San Diego Police Department in 2020 after 26 years of service, rising from patrol officer to lieutenant, specializing in child abuse, sex crimes, and domestic violence. In her final role, she focused on leadership development, mentoring, and created a quarterly “Women’s Leadership Conference” for the department. Throughout her career, Misty was also a passionate undercover missionary, sharing the Gospel with colleagues and prisoners, and she established a prayer chain in 2002 that continues today. For over 30 years, she has been involved with Christians In Law Enforcement, helping organize events like the “San Diego County Law Enforcement Prayer Breakfast.” A member of New Life Presbyterian Church in Escondido, Misty teaches women’s Bible study, leads a small group, and has launched her own women’s ministry, “Biblical Application Training,” where she speaks and teaches on leadership, mentoring, and relationships through Biblical principles.
